I love people. As they used to say in the 70’s, “I’m a people person.” Not too good at science and math, but good at communicating and being involved with people. 
In college I was a dorm counselor. I enjoyed taking care of people, and I guess I did an okay job of it, but really, I had no idea how egoic and difficult I was in my relationships. Then, at twenty-eight, I met David Truman. He showed me myself. He showed me how to love, and he encouraged me to love for real. I threw myself into it, and what has emerged is a deep motherly feeling and motherly desire to embrace and care for others. What a surprise that was! I had never wanted kids. Never before that had I identified with being a mother. But I discovered in myself a deep well of motherly tenderness and care for all.
I’ve been with my spiritual family (the Living Love Fellowship) for twenty-nine years now and serve my family/friends as their spiritual mother. I make sure each one’s needs are taken care of, keep the flow going, and help the household of twelve adults run smoothly. I work daily with everyone to help them understand each other better, and learn to communicate and express themselves better.
One huge part of my life now is the appearance and ongoing presence of the Goddess in our little community. She actually relates to us through two of the women in our group. Through Her loving example, I’ve come to better appreciate the power and beauty of mothers love, and feel God’s love flowing through my mothering ministry. She has blessed us in so many ways.
We live in a beautiful place in the country. My friends and God feed my soul. The natural environment here conduces to peace and good consciousness and simplicity.
I love nothing better than a deep conversation, in which the bubble of communion becomes strong, and God is happy, because we are so unified in our communion, so open and happy together. That to me is the best way to spend my time. I’m not a big thinker. But be my friend and I’ll put my arms around you.
